Completed in 2021, this ground-up multifamily building targeted at expecting, new and growing families is nestled in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood of Oakland, CA. The unique task of directing, furnishing, and styling this property hit a speedbump with the covid-19 pandemic. Having to shift gears and source a local staging company due to travel restrictions, we collaborated to perfect each space to feel cohesive, welcoming, and ready for families of all backgrounds to feel like they could be a part of the existing community.
