Completed in 2020, this co-living property is situated in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington D.C. As one of the first ground-up co-living homes in the area, our goal was to differentiate the project from the neighboring traditional multifamily properties by keeping things youthful, neutral and classic. With a penthouse amenity lounge and rooftop on the upper floors, keeping the interiors cohesive and seamless played a key role as to welcome all members to convene and share the amenity spaces together, creating a sense of home and community within the small property.
