Completed in 2020, this ground-up luxury multifamily building situated in the waterfront neighborhood of Jersey City aims to attract young adults with a lifestyle-branded building and a surplus of amenities. The lobby and lounge coupled with a coffee bar face the street welcoming tenants and guests to enjoy the indoor/outdoor ambiance. Finished with soft, light oak throughout along with brass accents, the interior finishes feel youthful yet polished.
