Completed in 2021, this ground-up co-living home is located in the trendy Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. With amenity spaces throughout, a sun-drenched lobby, and expansive windows in all the units, our goal was to highlight each special moment within the building’s interiors. Touches of local art, books, and accessories allow this new building to nestle in the existing neighborhood.
